Gemma Critchley: Portal 2

Posted on April 18, 2011 by

I’m not a huge gamer, but I know what I like. Puzzles, strategy and role playing all float my boat. According to Gamer DNA, my gamer type is Explorer, which suits me fine. One of my favourite games of all time is Portal, so I’m super excited for Portal 2. I was introduced to Portal by my ex-housemates Rich and Ian, who set me up playing it after a day spent at the emergency doctor sorting out epic kidney pain. Portal kept me busy for a couple of days and really took my mind off being ill, which is probably why it’s stuck with me so much. I have a few other favourite games that I may write mini posts about in the coming weeks.

I’m even more excited now I learn that I can help the game get released early if I buy Valve’s Potato Sack, which consists of 13 games to play. Has anyone bought The Potato Sack yet? Is it worth spending ¬£27 on?

More importantly, have you tried the cake? It’s so delicious and moist…
